Position: Logistics Intern

Salary: Negotiable

Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday (10 am – 6 pm)

Weekend: Friday & Saturday

Location: Mohammadpur

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect all sorts of travel documents from clients, e.g. visas and passports
• Send out tickets to clients for global trips
• Make arrangements for bus pick-up and support transportation of travelers, as necessary
• Maintain an ongoing relationship with the client, keeping client informed, responding to needs, and developing solutions
• Collect and process payments from clients
• Support on booking with service providers (hotels, restaurants, etc.)
• Support the entire operations team with the daily logistical work
• Maintain proper record of logistics documents
• Engage in daily fieldwork of the operations team
• Provide on-site support during events when needed
• Perform other duties as required

Job Specifications:
