Weekend: Friday & Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect overall trip feedback from customers
• Prepare customer feedback reports on a daily basis for both domestic and global trips
• Develop and continuously update customer feedback dashboard
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Maintain proper customer profile
• Assist in client retention and loyalty management
• Connect with the operations team to improve the services as per feedback
• Create proper lead and B2B sales funnel
• Assist in email marketing and communication
