Job Title: Vice President

Location: Science Laboratory, Dhaka

Salary: 70k-150k

Experience: 5-7 Years

The Marketing Vice President is a senior-level executive responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the company’s marketing strategies and activities. This role involves leading a team of marketing professionals, developing and executing marketing plans, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including marketing managers, coordinators, and specialists. Provide guidance, set goals, and ensure the team is working cohesively to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor expenditures and make adjustments as needed.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity and image. Oversee brand messaging, consistency, and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the development of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, advertising, and PR initiatives. Ensure campaigns are data-driven and measurable.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, customer preferences, and emerging trends. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product/service development.
  • Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze marketing performance to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Partnerships, Grants, and Alliances: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships, grants & alliances, and collaborations that can enhance the company’s marketing efforts and reach.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain transparency and integrity in all marketing communications.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible marketing experience with a proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
  • Leadership experience in managing a marketing team.
