Position: UI/UX Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user behaviour, needs, and goals.

2) Analyze data and feedback to gain insights into user requirements.

3) Identify usability issues and propose solutions.

4) Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.

5) Iterate designs based on feedback and/or usability testing.

6) User Interface Design: Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.

7) Develop high-fidelity mockups and design systems.

8) Ensure consistent branding and design across different platforms and devices.

9) Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design requirements.

10) Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and gather feedback. Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively.

11) Collaboration and Communication: Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologies.

12) Share knowledge and best practices with the design team.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

1) Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

2) Proven experience of 2+ years as a UIUX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio demonstrating UIUX design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.

3) Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma (a must), Sketch, InVision, or similar.

4) Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

5) Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX.

6) Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.

7) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

9) Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

10) Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

SALARY: 20k-30k (Depends on Experience)

Office Hour: 10 AM – 6:30 PM

Location: Elephant road, Dhaka New Market, Dhaka
