Interactive Cares, the country’s leading ed-tech organization, is seeking talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a pivotal player in our Technology Department, you will be tasked with elevating our digital presence by designing intuitive and impactful user interfaces for both our mobile app and website. This role is perfect for a visionary designer passionate about crafting educational experiences that are both engaging and effective, aligning with the high standards of the ed-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

• Lead the design process of our app and website from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes, UI elements, and visual designs that meet the specific needs of our diverse user base.

Research and Strategy:

• Conduct thorough user research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for innovation within the ed-tech space.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to better understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

Collaboration and Feedback:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and content creators to ensure designs are feasible and align with educational goals and technical constraints.
• Incorporate feedback from user testing and stakeholder reviews into the design process, iterating designs to enhance usability and engagement.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure that all designs consistently reflect Interactive Cares’ brand identity and values, contributing to a cohesive and recognizable brand experience across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency and high quality in design across all digital touchpoints.

Trend Awareness and Innovation:

• Stay abreast of UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the ed-tech industry, applying innovative design solutions to keep Interactive Cares at the forefront of digital education.
• Advocate for the latest design techniques and methodologies to continually improve our digital offerings.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically with a portfolio demonstrating successful design projects in the app and web domains.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
• A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
