Designation: Territory Officer

Job Responsibilities:
● Develop new sourcing partners for Vegetables, Paddy, Wheat, Maize etc.
● Prepare and present daily sales reports detailing sales, potential sales, and areas of
proposed client base expansion.
● Lead to develop assigned working areas in marketing planning, and executing to achieve
monthly and quarterly sales goals.
● Regular market visits to see the sourcing partnerships, growth opportunities, relationship
building, and competitor’s activities.
● Communicate with the sellers for selling the products for local sales.
● Identify opportunities to develop and improve solutions and strengthen the overall
customer experience and bring changes where necessary.
● Manage the logistics of the product and communicate with the buyers to ensure
successful consignment.
● Other tasks assigned by the management.

Key KPIs:
● Maintain & monitor the wet market partners as per company policy.
● Increase sourcing partners to meet the partner target
● Increase 40% month-on-month sales.
● Ensure 100% sales recovery.

Qualifications
● Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities
● Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
● Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
● Good organizational skills include prioritizing, scheduling, meeting deadlines, and time management.

Work Location: Mymensingh
Reporting To: Regional Sourcing Officer
Probation Period: Three Months.
Salary: 17,000 – 20,000 BDT
Weekly Off day: Friday
Festival Bonus: As per company policy
