Position: Telemarketing Executive
Department: Patient Experience
Experience:Â 6 months – 1 year
Working Days:Â Sunday – Thursday (10 am – 6 pm)
Location:Â Banani, Dhaka
Job Context:
The major purpose of the Telemarketing Executive is to work towards achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. He/ She is accountable for the delivery of high-quality professional services in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of Praava Health Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work towards achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate revenue
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of patient needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions in the CRM system
- Provide regular reports on telemarketing activities, including lead generation and conversion rates
- Provide feedback to the Contact Center and marketing teams for continuous improvement
- Obtains patient information for registration, appointment scheduling, and home sample collection
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures while serving patients in Inbound and Outbound calls
- Managing Internal stakeholders
- Informs patients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and generally providing information about Praava and its services
- Follow-up customer calls where necessary
- Regular ensure to send SMS and email as per protocol
Qualifications:
- Current students or Graduation completed or Masters in any discipline
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months- 1 year of experience in telemarketing
- Preferably in the Healthcare industry, experiences
