The Tele-Sales Executive is a key player in driving revenue growth and enhancing the customer journey by effectively reaching out to potential customers and presenting our products and services. You will be instrumental in generating leads, managing sales cycles, and closing deals, while providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Your aim is to contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution:
    • Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, and social media to introduce our products and services.
    • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline efficiently to ensure a steady stream of conversions.
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Product Expertise:
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential customers.
    • Stay informed about product launches, updates, and changes to accurately advise and answer customer queries.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable products or services.
    • Handle customer objections and negotiations, aiming for a positive resolution.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Provide detailed reports on sales activity, progress, and achievements.
  • Collaboration & Improvement:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback.
    • Share feedback with the team on customer interactions and product feedback to aid in product development and improvement.
  • Market Awareness:
    • Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
    • Suggest innovative ideas to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
