Job Title: Tech Lead

Salary:  BDT 100,000 – BDT 170,000

Office Time:  Sunday – Thursday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Location: Kawran Bazar, Dhaka | Full-time

Experience: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities

₋ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

₋ Ensure team members understand deliverables and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

₋ Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team.

₋ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute technology strategies.

₋ Analyze existing operations and schedule sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

₋ Ensure the seamless integration of backend components with frontend and mobile applications.

₋ Manage and optimize databases ensuring data security, integrity, and efficient query performance.

₋ Implement and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.

₋ Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

₋ Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

₋ Update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as required.

₋ Write progress reports and deliver presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

₋ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.

₋ 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a background in leading tech teams.

₋ Operate in a get-things-done and collaborative approach to working with other teams.

₋ Demonstrated success in designing and delivering complex software solutions.

₋ Expert in deploying and hosting applications through cloud services.

₋ Experience in managing and maintaining backend servers.

₋ Proficiency in system operations and comprehension of server security principles are crucial.

₋ Deep knowledge of DevOps tools (docker, Gitlab CI, Git, etc.).

₋ Leading the development of mobile applications.

₋ Project Management systems (Jira, Clickup, Linear).

₋ Proficient in delivering technical solutions within estimated timeframes.

₋ Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or related industries is a plus.

Technical Skills

₋ Server Management.

₋ Hosting: Cloud Server (Azure, AWS, GCP)

₋ Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Redis

₋ Backend: PHP, Laravel framework

₋ Frontend: ReactJS
