Salary: BDT 325, 000 – 455, 000/Per annum

Office Days: Sunday to Thursday (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a strategic planner is a must

Responsibilities:

1. Quickly generates creative content & campaign ideas.
2. Take ownership of campaigns from start to finish. It is you who is your own CEO.
3. Come up with cool ideas that convince and inspire both clients and teammates.
4. Develop fun and interesting content ideas that our audience will love.
5. Plan out-of-the-box campaigns using videos, designs, and games.
6. Do some research to make sure our plans are top-notch.
7. Show off your ideas with awesome presentations to our clients.
8. Work together with the team to see how our campaigns are doing and make them even better.

Requirements:

1. Quickly generating creative ideas is one of your greatest strengths
2. Your portfolio with your contact details full of your best strategic ideas!
3. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a strategic planner is a must
4. Exceptional presentation slides making capability and out-of-the-box ideas will be highly considered.
5. Be great at communicating with everyone, whether it’s our team & clients.
6. Take Ownership: get projects done before deadline.
7. Stay cool under pressure and always be ready to solve problems.
