Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

Salary: BDT 30,000 – 50,000

Employment Status: Full-Time

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing of relevant experience, with a proven track record of successful social media campaigns

Job Location: Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster positive relationships and community engagement.
  • Track social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep the brand’s presence current and competitive.
  • Work with content, design, and sales teams to ensure an integrated approach to social media marketing.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business from a reputed university or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing of relevant experience, with a proven track record of successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and social media management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to craft engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and its execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Experience with handling customer inquiries or complaints on social media.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for campaigns.

Additional Requirement:

  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing strategies.
  • Basic video editing skills and knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
