Job Title: Senior Product Designer – UX (Remote)

Salary: BDT 50,000 – 65,000 (more than range based on experience)

Working Days: 5 days a week (Sat & Sun weekend)

Experience: 3 years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app and/or dashboard design projects

Job Description:

As a Senior Product (UX/UI) Designer at Moby, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our Payment Gateway product, Moby Checkout. Additionally, you will lead the design of the payment gateway, including merchant and admin dashboards, the checkout experience, and the Moby Merchant app. The Moby Merchant app aspires to evolve into a neobank super app for SME merchants. Your creative vision and expertise will contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience while maintaining the utmost security and privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Craft intuitive and elegant designs for mobile applications and internal systems. Focus on creating seamless user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and feedback. Ensure designs meet both user needs and business goals.
• User Research: Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate concepts, and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction.
• Design System Maintenance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
• Feedback Incorporation: Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data to continuously improve the user experience.
• Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the mobile app and web design spaces.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Ability to build design systems from scratch.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of security and privacy considerations in design.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior designers, including graphic designers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app and/or dashboard design projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar. Understanding of user-centered design principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and addressing user pain points through design.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, with a willingness to learn and apply new skills and technologies.
