Job Description

• Customize WordPress themes and develop plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Write efficient, clean code for WordPress websites.
• Maintain, scale, and update WordPress sites.
• Document the development process for collaboration.
• Optimize WordPress websites for speed and user experience.
• Perform comprehensive testing and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with WordPress core and plugin updates.
• Integrate front-end experiences with WordPress back-end.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Implement SEO best practices for WordPress websites.
• Update and manage website content, including SEO optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field is preferable.
• Proven track record in Web development, including hands-on coding and project management.
• Strong expertise in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks/libraries.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and project leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SEO optimization and knowledge of best practices for web accessibility.
