Position: Sales & Operations Intern

Duration: 3 months

Office Days and Times: Sunday to Thursday (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

Salary: BDT 7000

Location: Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work with the line manager to develop smart sales and operational plans.
2. Share new ideas often and find new ways to achieve monthly sales targets.
3. Attract new sales leads through regular market research, market visits, awesome campaigns, and weekly social media posts/blogs.
4. Create engaging sales presentations and materials for clients.
5. Help the line manager to keep the team performance-driven.
6. Regularly visit clients around Bangladesh.
7. Share weekly stories/reports with Bondstein© Technologies Ltd. to make better decisions.

Job Qualifications:

1. Completed almost all courses, pending only the Internship, in business, marketing, technology management, or related fields.
2. Passionate about sales.
3. Familiar with different AI and PowerPoint tools.
4. Participation in University Club activities would be a plus.
5. Comfortable to travel around Bangladesh for sales activities.
6. Self-motivated: get things done before the deadline.
7. Positive team player, problem solver, and eager learner.
