𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:
1) Sales Conversion Specialist
1. Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.
2. Convert potential leads into sales
3. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
4. Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different
scenarios or impersonating users)
5. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful
discussions with customers
6. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide
assistance
7. Analyze sales funnels and customer journeys to identify bottlenecks and areas
for improvement.
8. Utilize customer feedback and data analysis to iterate on sales processes and
strategies for continuous improvement

• 1+ years of experience in a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills

Work at office
6 days a week.
10 am-7 pm (1-hour break for lunch)
The customer support team requires to work on roster duty (Evening and Night Shifts)
