JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Brand Activation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and brand visibility for our education technology solutions. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, marketing expertise, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and target key customer segments and markets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  1. Brand Activation:
  • Develop and implement brand activation plans to increase brand awareness and visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and services.
  • Create and manage partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand activation initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer support to address inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education technology sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative brand activation strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of education technology trends and industry dynamics.
