We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Brand Activation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and brand visibility for our education technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and target key customer segments and markets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
- Brand Activation:
- Develop and implement brand activation plans to increase brand awareness and visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and services.
- Create and manage partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand activation initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings.
- Provide excellent customer support to address inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Work closely with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education technology sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
