As a Research and Development Executive in Interactive Cares, you will spearhead initiatives to innovate and enhance our educational offerings, including pre-recorded courses, master classes, career paths, third-party hiring solutions, and corporate training programs. Your role will be instrumental in guiding the future direction of our products and services through research, development, and implementation of cutting-edge educational technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Innovation and Development:

  • Lead research efforts to identify emerging trends in education technology, instructional design, and learning methodologies.
  • Develop and test new concepts and approaches to improve the effectiveness and engagement of our educational content and platforms.

Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience, including students, professionals, and corporate clients.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

Product Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate research findings into the design and development of new and existing products.
  • Ensure that all R&D activities align with the company’s strategic goals and user expectations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the content creation, technology, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and promotion.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across departments to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Prototype Development:

  • Design and oversee the development of prototypes for testing new ideas and concepts.
  • Manage pilot programs to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of new products or features.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Establish metrics and evaluation criteria to assess the impact and success of new initiatives.
  • Regularly report on R&D activities, outcomes, and recommendations for future development strategies.

Compliance and Standards:

  • Ensure all R&D processes and products comply with relevant legal, ethical, and educational standards.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards that could impact our product development lifecycle.


  • Master’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in research and development, ideally within the EdTech, e-learning, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading successful R&D projects from conception to implementation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to translate research findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of the latest educational technologies, instructional design theories, and online learning platforms.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving educational excellence and innovation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
