With the WeGro app, users can invest in various agricultural projects, including cattle, poultry, fisheries, and various crops, among others. Users can simulate their profits on the app and can track their projects and receive updates on new projects. WeGro leverages technology to improve the agricultural value chain of Bangladesh. WeGro has been working with 5000 farmers across 28 operational zones in the country.

Job Overview:

WeGro Technologies Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager to spearhead our investor relations efforts. This role is crucial for the growth and sustainability of our platform, as you will be responsible for nurturing existing investor relationships and actively seeking new investment partners. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our investor community, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with our crowdfunding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing investors, providing exceptional service and support.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our investor network, targeting individuals and institutions interested in making a social and economic impact.
• Organize and participate in investor meetings, presentations, and events to promote our crowdfunding projects and the impact of their investments.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance investor engagement and retention, including regular updates on project progress and impact.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create investor-focused content and updates.
• Provide feedback to the management team on investor insights and market trends to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in relationship management, investor relations, or a similar role in the financial sector, with experience in crowdfunding being a significant plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of the financial market and investment products, with a passion for social impact investments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
