As a Quality Assurance Executive within our dynamic organization, your primary mission will be to ensure the highest quality standards for our diverse range of educational offerings, including pre-recorded courses, master classes, career paths, third-party hiring solutions, and corporate training programs. You will play a key role in safeguarding our reputation for excellence and in enhancing user satisfaction by meticulously evaluating and improving the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for evaluating the educational content and delivery of our services.
  • Conduct regular audits of our courses, software, and user interfaces to identify areas for improvement.

Feedback Implementation:

  • Collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and technology teams to incorporate user feedback and ensure content accuracy, relevance, and user engagement.
  • Facilitate the resolution of quality-related issues, providing detailed feedback and recommendations to relevant teams.

Compliance and Standards:

  • Ensure all our products and services meet industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast of educational quality standards and best practices to continually elevate our offerings.

Testing and Reporting:

  • Design and execute test plans for new features and updates, ensuring functionality meets user needs and quality expectations.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities, findings, and improvements to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on QA findings, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Recommend enhancements to course design, platform usability, and service delivery to enhance the overall user experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product development, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to quality.
  • Participate in product development meetings to advocate for quality standards and user satisfaction from the outset.

Quality Assurance Training:

  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of quality across the organization, emphasizing the importance of excellence in every aspect of our work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the EdTech, e-learning, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Proficient in using QA software tools and platforms.
  • A proactive, customer-centric approach to quality, with a passion for improving educational experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
