As a Quality Assurance Executive within our dynamic organization, your primary mission will be to ensure the highest quality standards for our diverse range of educational offerings, including pre-recorded courses, master classes, career paths, third-party hiring solutions, and corporate training programs. You will play a key role in safeguarding our reputation for excellence and in enhancing user satisfaction by meticulously evaluating and improving the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for evaluating the educational content and delivery of our services.
- Conduct regular audits of our courses, software, and user interfaces to identify areas for improvement.
Feedback Implementation:
- Collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and technology teams to incorporate user feedback and ensure content accuracy, relevance, and user engagement.
- Facilitate the resolution of quality-related issues, providing detailed feedback and recommendations to relevant teams.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all our products and services meet industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of educational quality standards and best practices to continually elevate our offerings.
Testing and Reporting:
- Design and execute test plans for new features and updates, ensuring functionality meets user needs and quality expectations.
- Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities, findings, and improvements to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on QA findings, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
- Recommend enhancements to course design, platform usability, and service delivery to enhance the overall user experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to quality.
- Participate in product development meetings to advocate for quality standards and user satisfaction from the outset.
Quality Assurance Training:
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- Foster a culture of quality across the organization, emphasizing the importance of excellence in every aspect of our work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the EdTech, e-learning, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Proficient in using QA software tools and platforms.
- A proactive, customer-centric approach to quality, with a passion for improving educational experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
