The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and executing product strategy across our portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop products that meet the needs of our diverse customer base, including individual learners, corporations, and educational institutions. Your work will involve the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring our products not only meet market demands but also exceed user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and market needs.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the ed-tech sector.
• Product Development & Management: Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and overseeing development timelines.
• User Experience & Feedback: Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure products provide a seamless and effective user experience. Incorporate user feedback and data analytics into product refinement and future development.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance against key metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance product value and market position.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer support, and external partners to ensure product success and alignment with customer needs and expectations.
• Innovation & Improvement: Continuously seek innovative solutions and improvements to existing products, keeping [Company Name] at the forefront of ed-tech advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, or related field. Having a Master’s degree in the related field would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of product management experience, preferably in the ed-tech or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive decisions.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about education technology and improving learning experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management and product management tools and methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• A passion for creating innovative and customer-centric products.
