Job Title: PHP Developer

Location: Fully Remote

Work Hours: Full-time (5 days a week)

Salary Range: BDT 70,000 to BDT 100,000 per month

Job Description:

As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that meet our clients’ needs. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and technical excellence. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code, and working on various projects, ranging from simple web applications to complex, high-load systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
2. Collaborate with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
3. Implement security and data protection measures.
4. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from the initial specification, through to developing, testing, and launching.
5. Utilize various tools and practices like CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to ensure code quality and streamline the development process.
6. Stay informed of emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in PHP development.
2. Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel.
3. Understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
4. Proficiency in SQL databases, specifically MySQL and PostgreSQL.
5. Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
6. Experience in CI/CD and testing methodologies.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Next.js and Vue.js.
2. Knowledge of Inertia.js is an added advantage.
