**Job Title:** Operations Intern

**About Us:** MedEasy is the number one digital healthcare platform in Bangladesh where people can purchase their Prescribed Medicines, consult with highly skilled and registered Doctors, and able to do a Home Sample Collection.

**Position Overview:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The Operations Intern will work closely with our operations team to assist in various aspects of the pharmacy’s day-to-day activities. After the period and based on performance, interns may be offered a permanent job.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of pharmaceutical products.

Support order processing, including verifying prescriptions, packaging, and labeling of medications.

Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and issues related to orders.

Assist in monitoring and maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and best practices.

Help optimize operational processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Work closely with the shipping and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all products.

Participate in periodic inventory audits and cycle counts.

Assist in data entry and record-keeping related to pharmacy operations.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and procedures is a plus but not required.

Having a Bike is a plus point.
