JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Operations Executive at Interactive Cares, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing various operational functions under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Operations Executive. This position demands a seasoned professional with a robust background in operations management, process enhancement, and team leadership. The Operations Executive will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning, optimization, and continuous improvement of operational processes within our leading ed-tech organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Senior Operations Executive:

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Operations Executive to implement strategic initiatives and operational plans.
  • Assist in the execution of key operational projects and initiatives as directed by the Senior Operations Executive.

Process Implementation and Improvement:

  • Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in analyzing workflows and recommending enhancements to streamline processes and workflows.

Team Support and Leadership:

  • Provide support to the operations team members, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
  • Assist in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the operations team.

Resource Allocation and Management:

  • Assist in managing the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology, to meet operational demands efficiently.
  • Support efforts to optimize resource utilization and productivity across all operational functions.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality assurance standards to ensure operational excellence and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support efforts to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Partnership Management:

  • Assist in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key partners and vendors to facilitate the timely delivery of educational products and services.
  • Support negotiation efforts for contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and partnerships.

Risk Management:

  • Support the identification and assessment of operational risks, and assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges or disruptions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience of at least 1 year in operations management, preferably within the education or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant operations-related software applications.
