About the role

We’re looking for a self-starter and creative Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, and user-friendly designs for our customer-facing SaaS platform. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure that our design and user experience meet the needs of our customers. In doing so, you will help to build a truly global product from the heart of Bangladesh.

Must have

• 1+ years of experience as a product designer, preferably in SaaS and e-commerce.
• Proven track record or portfolio of designing mobile and web products from scratch.
• Well-verse in UX research, user-centered design principles, and best practices in Figma.

Should have

• Ability to translate business and user requirements into engaging designs and intuitive user experiences.
• Able to design and maintain a design systems and component libraries in Figma.
• Extraordinary communication and collboaration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Passion for continuously learning and improving project management processes, tools, and techniques.
• Can conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand user needs, goals, and pain points.
• Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and visual design concepts.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly and meet design specifications.

Other Details

• You’ll work directly with the product team, and report to the CEO.
• 5 working days a week from Sunday to Thursday.
