Position: QA Tester

Salary: BDT 45,000 – 60,000 (Can be more based on experience and skill set)

Job Type: Full-time & Remote (Dhaka-based candidates will get high preference)

Experience: 2 years of professional job experience is mandatory

Office Time: 9 AM – 6 PM (Sun – Thurs)

Job Description:

Moby is seeking an experienced QA Tester to join our team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our payment solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering flawless products in the rapidly evolving fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on product specifications and requirements.
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and inconsistencies in the software.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure resolution of issues and improve product quality.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to assess software performance, usability, and scalability.
• Participate in the design and review of new features, providing feedback from a QA perspective.
• Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies, implementing best practices in QA processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-user requirements and ensure product quality aligns with user expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience with API, Web and mobile Testing.
• Familiarity with Contract testing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot software defects and inconsistencies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Passion for fintech and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends and advancements.
