WeGro has been working with 5000 farmers across 28 operational zones in the country.

Job Overview:

WeGro Technologies Limited is seeking a skilled App Developer specialized in Flutter to join our team. Your role involves leading the end-to-end development of iOS and Android applications, ensuring top quality and mentoring junior team members. If you’re passionate about mobile development and keen on using cutting-edge technologies, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in iOS and/or Android mobile application development.
• Strong knowledge in programming languages such as Flutter , Dart , Kotlin/Java , Swift , as well as understanding rest APIs.
• Lead and participate in end-to-end development.
• Ensure top quality and product ownership.
• Gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Design and build advanced applications.
• Collaborate for new feature implementation.
• Unit-test code for robustness.
• Ability to take full ownership of a project is must with minimal support after initial ramp up.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies.
• Skilled in User experience driven design development

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of iOS and/or Android development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proficiency in Swift/SwiftUI/Objective-C (for iOS) and Kotlin/Java (for Android).
• Extensive experience with Xcode, Android Studio, and mobile libraries.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clean coding and debugging abilities.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Ability to optimize app performance.
• Excellent English communication.
