JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Executive plays a vital role in the promotion and growth of educational products and services. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to reach target audiences, boost brand awareness, and drive user acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing:
    • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising).
    • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor online conversations related to the company.
  • Content Creation:
    • Create and curate high-quality educational content (e.g., blog posts, videos, webinars) to attract and engage the target audience.
    • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop educational resources.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the EdTech industry.
    • Analyze customer feedback and behaviour to refine marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote courses, programs, and other educational offerings.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Generate leads through various channels and nurture them through the sales funnel.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the conversion of leads into customers.
  • Events and Partnerships:
    • Coordinate and participate in educational events, conferences, and webinars.
    • Identify and establish partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong project management skills.
