Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:

  • Assist in financial analysis tasks, including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Work closely with senior finance professionals to understand and interpret financial data.


Accounting and Reporting:

  • Participate in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records.


Budgeting and Planning:

  • Contribute to the budgeting process by preparing budget drafts, collecting data, and conducting analyses.
  • Collaborate with team members in developing comprehensive financial plans.


Internal Controls and Compliance:

  • Learn and adhere to internal control procedures and financial policies.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Financial Systems:

  • Gain proficiency in using financial software and tools.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to understand the financial implications of business decisions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to different aspects of the organization.


Professional Development:

  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance financial knowledge and skills.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends.

  • Candidate must have passed CFA Level- 1
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, CGPA must be 3.50 or above.
  • Strong academic performance and a keen interest in finance.
  • Proficiency across diverse financial statements, valuations, and pertinent factors.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Excellent expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other financial software.
