Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:
- Assist in financial analysis tasks, including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Work closely with senior finance professionals to understand and interpret financial data.
Accounting and Reporting:
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
Budgeting and Planning:
- Contribute to the budgeting process by preparing budget drafts, collecting data, and conducting analyses.
- Collaborate with team members in developing comprehensive financial plans.
Internal Controls and Compliance:
- Learn and adhere to internal control procedures and financial policies.
- Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Financial Systems:
- Gain proficiency in using financial software and tools.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to understand the financial implications of business decisions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to different aspects of the organization.
Professional Development:
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance financial knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must have passed CFA Level- 1
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, CGPA must be 3.50 or above.
- Strong academic performance and a keen interest in finance.
- Proficiency across diverse financial statements, valuations, and pertinent factors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other financial software.
