An upcoming Fin-Tech enterprise headquartered in Singapore is on the lookout for a dynamic Junior Graphics Designer to join their innovative team. As a Junior Graphics Designer in the Technology Department, you will play a key role in visually communicating complex technical concepts and enhancing the overall user experience of our digital products. This position is ideal for a creative and motivated individual with a passion for technology and design. The Junior Graphics Designer will work closely with the tech team to create visually appealing and effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Create visually compelling graphics, icons, and illustrations for digital interfaces, websites, and software applications.
  • Design promotional materials, presentations, and other collateral to support technology-related initiatives.

User Interface (UI) Design:

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for software applications.
  • Ensure that design elements are consistent with the overall user experience strategy.

Technical Illustrations:

  • Develop technical illustrations and diagrams to communicate complex concepts, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate technical information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand graphics.

Brand Consistency:

  • Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure that all design elements align with the company’s visual identity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain consistency in branding across various touchpoints.

Project Collaboration:

  • Work closely with developers, engineers, and other tech team members to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Participate in project planning and brainstorming sessions.

Tools and Software:

  • Utilize industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create high-quality graphics and designs.
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends and tools relevant to the tech industry.

Feedback and Revisions:

  • Accept constructive feedback positively and implement revisions based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  • Iterate on designs based on usability testing and user feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Portfolio showcasing design projects, with a focus on digital and technology-related materials.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to non-designers.
