As a Junior Front End Developer in the dynamic Technology Department, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of user interfaces for the web applications. This position is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about web development and eager to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front End Development:

  • Collaborate with the development team to implement visually appealing and responsive user interfaces.
  • Write well-structured and efficient code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

UI/UX Implementation:

  • Translate design concepts and wireframes into functional and interactive web interfaces.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

Cross-Browser Compatibility:

  • Ensure that web applications are compatible with various browsers and devices for a consistent user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cross-browser compatibility.

Code Optimization:

  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices to optimize code for performance and maintainability.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in front-end development.

Responsive Design:

  • Implement responsive design principles to create web applications that work seamlessly across different screen sizes and resolutions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with back-end developers and other team members to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and resolve bugs and issues.

Learning and Development:

  • Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends in front-end development.
  • Take initiative in learning new tools and frameworks to enhance skillset.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
