Position: Junior Executive – Tele sales

Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 BDT

Experience: Proven Junior Executive – Tele sales – Drutoloanexperience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory

Role Summary:

As a Junior Executive in Telesales, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving sales through outbound calls. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets. You will be the first point of contact for our prospective customers, responsible for delivering a positive customer experience and introducing them to our range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing activities to identify and reach out to potential customers.
  • Present, promote, and sell Drutoloan products and services using solid arguments and engaging communication to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Record and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and cultivate a deep knowledge of Drutoloan’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results and foster a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and target-driven.
