Job Title: Junior Executive, Retail Business

Salary: BDT 15000

Unleash your persuasive expertise as a sales maestro, weaving a symphony of enchantment and

closing deals like a virtuoso. As a master conductor of commerce, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily store operations, including inventory management and customer service.
• Supporting sales initiatives and promotional activities to drive revenue.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and operational objectives.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively demonstrate their value proposition and address customer inquiries.
• Presenting and demonstrating our travel tech solutions to potential clients, and corporates showcasing the unique features and benefits that differentiate us in the market.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Preparing regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales activities, and revenue forecasts, providing valuable insights to the management team.

Few more requirements to get shortlisted:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field. Last year university students are also encouraged
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication & writing skills in both Bangla & English.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
