The Junior Backend Developer will work closely with the tech team to support the creation and maintenance of efficient backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development:

• Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Write clean and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Problem Solving:

• Identify and troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems.
• Work with the team to find innovative solutions and contribute to continuous improvement.

Database Management:

• Assist in the design and maintenance of databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other team members to deliver integrated and seamless solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Technology Research:

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for adopting new technologies to enhance backend development processes.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for backend systems, APIs, and processes.
• Ensure documentation is comprehensive and accessible to team members.

Security:

• Implement and follow security best practices in backend development to ensure data protection and system integrity.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in backend development languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring).
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
