Position: IT Support Manager

Salary: Negotiable

Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Office Day: Sunday – Friday

We’re a full-stack B2B commerce platform for global names such as H&M, Zara, Zalando, Boohoo, Uniqlo, etc. where brands have an amazon-like buying experience while managing their entire supply chain from a single platform with complete transparency.

With significant revenue, regular traction, and investment rounds closed, we’re expanding our engineering team that makes our customers’ life 10x easier.

Currently, we are hiring an IT Support Manager with the following skills & experiences.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

  • Provide efficient technical support to users, addressing system, software, and hardware-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly, including PC, laptop, and MAC issues, to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct training sessions for employees to optimize the use of systems, software, hardware, and IT protocols.
  • Educate staff on security measures and best practices to enhance overall IT literacy within the organization.

Network Troubleshooting:

  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot network issues and ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Cisco and Mikrotik routers and switches.

Security Management:

  • Manage Fortinet firewall configurations and implement robust security protocols.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and implement preventive measures.

Device Troubleshooting:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on PCs, laptops, and MACs in various situations.
  • Provide support for operating system-related problems and ensure compatibility with organizational systems.

Surveillance Systems:

  • Setup and monitor IP Cameras for security surveillance.
  • Manage the attendance system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and configurations.
  • Develop and update user guides and manuals for IT systems and protocols.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with IT vendors for hardware and software procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and align technology solutions accordingly.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas for continuous improvement in IT infrastructure and processes.
  • Implement measures to enhance IT efficiency, security, and overall user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. (Feel free to apply if you don’t have the degree)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and loves to bond with people
  • A persevering mindset to handle unorthodox users
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills: self-motivated, and accountable
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge in IT support (Software & Hardware).
  • Familiar with Windows and Mac both.
  • User technical support and training
  • Network maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Cisco/ Mikrotik router configuration and management.
  • AP Management (Cambium, Unifi, Tenda).
  • Must have complete knowledge of IP block, IP Class, Subnetting, NAT, Tunnel, VLAN, and routing protocol.
  • Sound knowledge in Fortinet firewall management
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 Exchange server.
  • NAS server Maintenance.
  • CCTV and IP camera Maintenance.
  • Relevant coursework in network management, IT support, and system administration.
  • 6-10 years of solid & relevant experience.
