Key Responsibilities:

  • You will direct the investor relations function’s strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
  • Creating a business plan and PowerPoint presentation for investors, clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for shareholder services with clients and investors.
  • Intensively manage executive calendars, including the organization of internal and external meetings and bookings.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, monitor action items, and create communication materials.
  • Participate in international and ad-hoc projects.
  • System implementation and process improvement management experience are a plus.

LP Engagement & Communications:

  • Develop a strategic plan for multiple touchpoints for LP communications.
  • Plan and execute small and large investor events, such as roadshows and annual investor meetings
  • Arrange annual meeting travel itineraries for Partners.
  • Develop high-quality investor reporting materials, including quarterly reports, investor letters, etc., in collaboration with our fund administration and finance teams and in conjunction with our marketing team to build the firm’s brand in the institutional space.
  • Direct the organization and curation of responses to requests for LP due diligence and other information requests.
  • Supervise the upkeep of investor data rooms.
  • Assist the Partnership in developing strategies for fundraising.
  • Generate new fundraising opportunities across all markets.
  • Maintain a database of prospective investors, ensuring that the system captures all confidential data.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end strategies with objectives and key performance indicators to ensure prospects are actively engaged.
  • Develop and maintain fund marketing materials, including PPMs, pitch decks, and any other required analysis or collateral.
  • Communicate with introducers or placement agents when necessary.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and public companies
  • Proficiency in using social media for investor engagement and communications.
  • Ability to create compelling materials for investors and analyst presentations.
  • Experience in monitoring market trends and regulatory changes in the investor relations industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
