JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resources Executive manages various HR functions to support the company’s growth, development, and employee satisfaction. They play a crucial role in attracting, retaining, and developing a talented workforce in alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings.
- Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for various positions, including teachers, instructional designers, developers, and support staff.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management:
- Manage the performance appraisal process, provide feedback, and assist in goal-setting.
- Develop and maintain performance improvement plans as needed.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Ensure competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
- HR Compliance:
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ensure the company’s HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant laws.
- HR Data and Analytics:
- Maintain and analyze HR data to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
- Generate reports on HR metrics and trends for management.
- Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, team spirit, and company culture.
- Organize team-building activities and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Several years of HR experience, preferably in the technology or education sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and recruitment, payroll, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information.
