JOB DESCRIPTION

The Human Resources Executive manages various HR functions to support the company’s growth, development, and employee satisfaction. They play a crucial role in attracting, retaining, and developing a talented workforce in alignment with the company’s mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings.
    • Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for various positions, including teachers, instructional designers, developers, and support staff.
    • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
    • Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management:
    • Manage the performance appraisal process, provide feedback, and assist in goal-setting.
    • Develop and maintain performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administer employee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
    • Ensure competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Compliance:
    • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Ensure the company’s HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant laws.
  • HR Data and Analytics:
    • Maintain and analyze HR data to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
    • Generate reports on HR metrics and trends for management.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture:
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, team spirit, and company culture.
    • Organize team-building activities and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Several years of HR experience, preferably in the technology or education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and recruitment, payroll, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
