As an HR Manager in our Human Resource Management department, you will be a key player in fostering a positive and productive workplace environment. This role is designed for an experienced HR professional who can lead initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy. The HR Manager will contribute to the overall success of the organization by managing HR processes, policies, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding programs.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions in alignment with company policies and legal regulations.

Performance Management:

  • Lead the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and professional development initiatives.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Collaborate with external providers and ensure the effective communication of benefits to employees.

HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions and provide HR insights and recommendations.

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to measure and improve workplace morale.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
