Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical individual who has a passion for creating user-centric designs and improving the usability of digital products. The Senior Product Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our users’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of new features and enhancements for our SaaS and Fintech platforms, focusing on delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and vision.
• Conduct user research and interviews to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our customers.
• Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web applications.
• Apply a user-centric design approach to solve complex design problems and create intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs.
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on existing products.
• Work with an ongoing product that goes through quick iterations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in design processes.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in design and fintech, incorporating best practices into design processes and outputs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role in a tech-driven environment, particularly in SaaS or Fintech.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience with product design, including examples of mobile and web applications that have gone through rapid iterations.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of analytics, product-related metrics, and data, with the ability to translate insights into design improvements.
• Experience conducting user interviews and translating findings into actionable design decisions.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to team members and stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
