**Job Title:** Growth Executive
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Undertake secondary research (Globally and Nationwide) for the business reports, understand the business scope and assist the team with predictive analysis.
– Coordinate with other team members to meet their business requirements for the growth team to generate performance reports.
– Support the creation of project documentation and follow up regularly with the stakeholders
– Monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns and execute A/B and multivariate testing to identify areas for improvement.
– Leverage data analytics and market insights to drive informed decisions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
– Collaborate with cross functional teams to track monthly business and growth metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports to track performance across all business units
– Maintain operational dashboards, presentations to communicate growth metrics, initiatives, and development in internal projects to the management team and relevant stakeholders.
**We are looking for someone with**
– Strong knowledge of Google Suit, Excel, visualization, and Business reports.
– Experience in statistical and data analysis environment is highly preferable
– Highly analytical and data-driven, but also have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair.
– Preferably, 6 months – 1 years of experience in business analytics, research, statistics, or a related field.
– Effectively collaborates with and across teams, seeks and provides constructive feedback.
– Curious – constantly questioning, always probing, and never blindly accepting.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English.
