Job Title: Graphics Designer

Salary: Negotiable

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

Experience: Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar roleLocation: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create engaging visuals that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.
• Edit and enhance images, graphics, and videos as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is of the highest quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Must be proficient in Figma.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and improve designs based on input.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Animation and video editing skills are a bonus.
