JOB DESCRIPTION
Graphic Design Executive will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling and educational materials that engage our target audience, enhance the overall user experience, and promote our brand. He/She will work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce high-quality graphics and multimedia content for various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing Educational Materials:
- Create visually appealing and effective graphics for online courses, presentations, infographics, and other educational materials.
- Develop interactive and engaging multimedia elements to enhance learning experiences.
- Branding and Marketing Collateral:
- Design marketing collateral, including banners, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials, consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Ensure the visual consistency and branding of all materials across various platforms.
- User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design:
- Collaborate with the product development team to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for educational apps and websites.
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to improve the user experience.
- Illustrations and Icons:
- Create custom illustrations and icons to support content and instructional materials.
- Maintain a library of reusable graphics for efficiency.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure that all graphics and multimedia content meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketers, and developers, to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Stay Updated:
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and technology to incorporate innovative design elements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an ed-tech or e-learning context.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
