Graphic Design Executive will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling and educational materials that engage our target audience, enhance the overall user experience, and promote our brand. He/She will work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce high-quality graphics and multimedia content for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing Educational Materials:
    • Create visually appealing and effective graphics for online courses, presentations, infographics, and other educational materials.
    • Develop interactive and engaging multimedia elements to enhance learning experiences.
  • Branding and Marketing Collateral:
    • Design marketing collateral, including banners, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials, consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
    • Ensure the visual consistency and branding of all materials across various platforms.
  • User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design:
    • Collaborate with the product development team to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for educational apps and websites.
    • Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to improve the user experience.
  • Illustrations and Icons:
    • Create custom illustrations and icons to support content and instructional materials.
    • Maintain a library of reusable graphics for efficiency.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure that all graphics and multimedia content meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketers, and developers, to meet project deadlines and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Stay Updated:
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and technology to incorporate innovative design elements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an ed-tech or e-learning context.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
