Position: Full Stack Software Engineer (Senior/Mid-level)

Salary: BDT 50k-70k

Weekend: Friday and Saturday

With a strong focus on innovative technologies, CliqPack is committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in PHP (Laravel) and React. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, utilising your expertise in Laravel, React and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences, writing clean and efficient code, and staying current with industry trends.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the global team, producing project work plans and analysing the efficiency and feasibility of project operations while leveraging the global technology stack and making localised improvements
• Design and develop scalable and efficient backend solutions using PHP and relevant frameworks like Laravel etc.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, secured, and efficient TypeScript and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and security.
• Continuously enhance software architecture and propose innovative solutions to improve system performance and scalability.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined timelines and quality standards.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Full Stack Software Engineer In software development environment with experience in developing web applications using PHP (Laravel), React and MySQL etc.
• Expertise on Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable back-end systems to handle data processing, API integrations, and business logic etc.
• Experience on development of responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and related technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Additional Requirement:

• Age up to 40 years.
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Design and develop scalable and efficient solutions using PHP (Laravel) and React.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum etc.
• Thorough understanding of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch etc.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience working with Gitlab, GitHub.
• Solid understanding of API design and development, including RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Python and related frameworks like dJango is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for continuous learning, staying updated with emerging technologies, and contributing to a culture of innovation.
• Must be able to work within the Deadline.
• Strong technical and business communication skills. Fluency in writing and speaking in English is preferred.
