We provide personalized mental well-being services that include meditations, fun activities with friends, one-on-one psychosocial support based on moods, habits, behavioral analysis of content assumption, and tone of communication of users.

Job Summary:

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company. He/She will work closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, accounting, and business management, as well as a strong understanding of mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

● Analyze financial data and trends, providing insights to enhance financial performance.

● Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.

2.Accounting and Reporting:

● Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.

● Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial

statements.

● Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with relevant standards and

regulations.

3.Cash Flow Management:

● Monitor and manage cash flow to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.

4.Financial Strategy:

● Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies that support company

growth.

● Evaluate potential investment opportunities and financial risks.

● Support fundraising efforts, if necessary.

5.Vendor Management:

● Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations to optimize costs and services.

● Evaluate and select service providers as needed.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree or Final year student in finance, accounting, or a related field;

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

● Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheet).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
