Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with organizational needs.
  • Utilize various digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive high-quality leads.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for lead generation and growth.
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns and optimize them for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements to increase conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the brand marketing team to align campaigns with overall brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Utilize analytics tools and data to track KPIs and generate insightful reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Assist Line Manager in preparing reports for the management team, highlighting campaign performance and proposing strategies for improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and campaign optimization.
  • Proven expertise in utilizing digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and campaign effectiveness.
