  • Proactively engage with WeGro customers via phone calls.
  • Document and summarize customer feedback, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1 year experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a call center
