Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with WeGro customers via phone calls.
- Document and summarize customer feedback, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1 year experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a call center
