We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our Business Development Department as a Business Development Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of Interactive Cares, the country’s premier ed-tech platform. The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to develop insights into market opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Qualify leads and prospects to determine their fit with Interactive Cares’ services and offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and maximize profitability.
Business Expansion and Partnerships:
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, strategic partnerships, and collaborations.
- Forge alliances with industry stakeholders to enhance market presence and drive growth.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral to pitch Interactive Cares’ services to clients.
- Customize proposals to address client needs and showcase the value proposition effectively.
Market Positioning and Brand Awareness:
- Promote Interactive Cares’ brand and offerings through participation in industry events, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue performance using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 1-2 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach towards achieving targets and objectives.
