Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to oversee our E-commerce division. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing online sales platforms, driving sales growth, and enhancing the overall customer experience in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s E-commerce platform, ensuring user-friendly navigation and smooth functionality.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, enhance conversion rates, and drive customer engagement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between E-commerce operations and other business functions.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and improve the company’s online presence.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches on the E-commerce platform.
• Monitor website performance, manage inventory, and handle customer inquiries or concerns related to online sales.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-4 years) in E-commerce management, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using E-commerce platforms and relevant software/tools.
