Position: HR Manager

Salary: 40k – 60k

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee the entire spectrum of human resources and talent acquisition functions within the organization. This pivotal role involves crafting and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, develop, and retain top-notch talent.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Conduct thorough job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Establish and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.

 

Employee Relations:

  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure strict compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.

 

HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.
  • Communicate and educate employees on HR policies.

 

Training and Development:

  • Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Coordinate and deliver effective training programs.
  • Create and implement career development plans for employees.

 

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs efficiently.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and concerns.

 

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports for senior management.

 

Compliance and Legal:

  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure meticulous compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR and talent acquisition roles, with at least 3-5 years of managerial experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and programs.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
