Position: Backend Developer (PHP, Raw PHP, JavaScript)

Yearly Remuneration: 3,90,000 – 5,20,000 BDT

Office Hour: Sunday to Thursday (9 am to 6 pm)

Job Description

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Integration of data storage solutions
• Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
• Consistently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members. Collaborate with the team on larger projects.
• You’ll fix prioritized issues from the issue tracker. These are typically bugs listed in a GitLab issue with an attached severity and priority label.
• You’ll contribute to and follow our workflow process, alongside the rest of the Frontend and Backend Developers
• Creating and updating Documentation and Logs

Qualifications

• M.Sc / B.Sc or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven work experience at any IT-enabled service company with PHP, Raw PHP, and JavaScript knowledge is preferred.
• Knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, VueJS, Nuxt
• Experience in Developing GraphQL API
• Familiarity with any other backend framework: Laravel, Django
• Skill in TypeScript
• Working Knowledge of Firebase
• Understanding of any SQL Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Understanding SEO fundamentals, REST API standards, etc.

Additional Information

Office Days and Times:

The office is open from Sunday to Thursday (9 am to 6 pm). First and Last Saturday of every month will be considered as work from home as per business requirements.

Offers:

• Industry-standard competitive package (12+1) ranging between BDT 390,000 – 520,000/ Per Annum
